🌿Olive oil has about 70% of monounsaturated fatty acids. Foods with high monou saturated acids are for example the well-known as healthy 🥑avocado and 🥜Peanuts!
🌿Monounsaturated fats are good for you because they help lower bad cholesterol levels, reducing risk for strokes or heart diseases ❤️
🌿The juice and flesh of healthy olives contains polyphenols. Polyphenols are natural antioxidants contained in plant based foods. The most natural and respectful way of extracting it, the highest % of polyphenols. Our olive oil has an approximate amount of 800mg/kg, an amount of polyphenols >250mg/kg is already considered as "healthy" 👏💪, an average amount in virgin olive oil is about 500mg/kg.
