These Raw Honeys have not been under heat treatments or filtration in any step of the process, extraction or conditioning, which assures the presence of adding value particles like propolis or pollen, and maintains the rich properties of the honeys. At the same time, the bees are not feed with sugar but with the existing substances present where the apiaries are, in natural landscapes free from pollution or even protected parks with excellent biodiversity.
Don´t worry If your honey crystalizes! this is a natural process and means that the honey contains more carbohydrates than can stay stable in the disolution. Our honeys contain approximately 80% carbohydrates and 18% water. If your honey crystalizes, even better!
