Shipping information
What shipping methods are available?
Shipping within NL: We have chosen our shipping provider which is DHL by proximity, so we can drop your box by bike and do a more sustainable shipment!
Pick-up: You can collect your orders in person by appointment. Please contact us to organize it.

How long will it take to get my package?
We prepare the orders to ship them approximately within 24-48 hours. Once the orders are sent to our shipping provider it should take up to 48 hours to be delivered.
Do you ship internationally?
Normally we would only ship within The Netherlands, however please let us know your destination and we will make our best efforts to have the products delivered to you!
How much are the delivery costs?
Our delivery costs are EUR 6 for orders up to 10kg, and EUR 10 for the
rest. However, for orders over EUR 35 shipping is for free!
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number.

What payment methods are accepted? 100% secure payments with iDeal, Mastercard, Visa and Maestro.

How do I place an order? Just as easy as clicking in the product and adding it to your basket!
Do I need an account to place an order? You don’t necessarily need it however with an account you
could benefit from special discounts, promotions and more!

Order cancellation
It is possible to cancel your order within 24 hours from the moment you have formalized it. Your money will be refunded however we would keep the bank charges.
Returns
We normally do not accept returns however if any of the products is proven to be in bad condition we would send a new one. Original shipping cost is not refundable.
