Organic chocolate is dark 70% and contains 10% of the delicious organic extra virgin olive oil La Casona in Picual variety. The EVOO adds extra creaminess to the BIO cacao and enhances its flavor. You will also notice the olive oil presence in its fragile texture.
This chocolate is made in Jijona (Spain), Jijona is the well-known place to be when it comes to Turrón (typical Spanish Christmas sweets) so this delicious chocolate is created by expert hands, which is reflected in the quality of this product.
As with the olive oil, the chocolate BIO La Casona has also a limited production, because it is made with the fresh olive oil of each season!
