Picual olives have are most intense of our varieties, so this Special Edition has the strongest flavour. Arbequina olives have a less strong flavor but more fruity, intensity is lower. The balance mixture of Picual and Arbequina olives gives Coupage a medium intensity flavour.
The glass keeps this organic oil free from toxic agents unlike other containers.
